: 40% of my body mass is made up of fat... it should around the 20% range. This number, combined with my weight, is helping me to stay focused. In fact, I've been saying my numbers to myself and the healthier numbers before I put any food into my mouth...and then I usually chose another food that will support my success!
: I need to go to the grocery store and buy certain foods. And I'll need to rethink what I eat and when (I'll need to eat every 3 hours but only certain types and quantities of food). And preplanning will be very important to my weekd.
: It's not an unfamiliar plan... but what is new is the one-on-one counseling and accoutability factor, having a "relationship" with the nutritional counselor (I've already e-mailed her a question and she replied), and not feeling like I'm floundering on this weight loss/improved health journey.
: The woman I'm working with his kind and compassionate... she's already e-mailed me some breakfast recipes that work with the diet and was very encouraging that these numbers (the numbers and percentages that were getting me down) were simply the beginning point of my positive change.
