I recently ran into my friend who did Slim4Life and she has gained all of her weight back.

I saw another friend today who is also needing to lose weight...she showed me a quote by Gabrielle Roth (see link below if interested)that gives me a different perspective on exercise.

I also met a nutritionist at a recent party...and will be contacting her for her professional advise.

I still don't know exactly what my course of action will be, but I do know that surgery, if I chose to do this, will only be done with much research and soul search.
