About extended weight loss, that it takes overhauling the thought processes, etc., all along - bypass and switch kind of jump start things. I know how much I miss soda but I won't go back to it knowing it's one of the things that stretches the pouch. How long ago did these friends have their surgery?
I'm almost so fearful of that happening that I eat so little now the surgeon isn't pleased I've lost so quickly.
