Holy Cow! sm

I want to take a break from the treadmill on Wednesdays, but still do something. So, I popped in a Winsor Pilates DVD yesterday(I think it's called 20-minute maximum burn). It is TOUGH! I had to take a couple breaks during the workout and watch, and I'm still sore today! I swear, my body hurts everywhere!
