You'll never conquer the problem if you quit trying.
What I've found is that 5 small meals per day, eating about every 3-1/2 to 4 hours, totally about 1400 calories means almost weekly I'll drop some weight, usually 1-3 pounds, but I had a lot of weight to lose. I've been working on this over a year now, actually started with Nutrisystem to make sure I knew the portion size and the things that I should be eating, and am very pleased with my results.
Keep trying, never give up.
