: : : : 1 round tortilla (MAKE THIS WHOLE GRAIN) with chopped chicken, LETTECE, TOMATO and 2 tbls light mayo

: : : : Turkey meatballs with brown rice and snap peas (small amount of sweet glaze made with brown sugar and pineapple)
: : : BROCCOLI (or another vege, maybe spinach)
: : : SALAD OR FRUIT
: : : FAT SERVING (peanuts, peanut butter, almonds, olives, sunflower seeds)

: : : I probably added to your numbers of carbs, calories, etc, but this is the way I've been eating since last April and I've lost 54 pounds so far. I also lose best around 1400 calories.
