Fruit is good carbs, you want to stay away from the bad carbs like startchs and sugars

: : PROTEIN
: : : 16 ounces herbal tea w Equal

: : : 2 hard-boiled egg whites (I don't like the yolks)

: : : 16 ounces herbal tea

: : : Lunch:
: : : 1 round tortilla (MAKE THIS WHOLE GRAIN) with chopped chicken, LETTECE, TOMATO and 2 tbls light mayo
: : : 1 medium apple

: : : Dinner:
: : : Turkey meatballs with brown rice and snap peas (small amount of sweet glaze made with brown sugar and pineapple)
: : BROCCOLI (or another vege, maybe spinach)
: : SALAD OR FRUIT
: : FAT SERVING (peanuts, peanut butter, almonds, olives, sunflower seeds)

: : I probably added to your numbers of carbs, calories, etc, but this is the way I've been eating since last April and I've lost 54 pounds so far. I also lose best around 1400 calories.
