: Turkey meatballs with brown rice and snap peas (small amount of sweet glaze made with brown sugar and pineapple)
BROCCOLI (or another vege, maybe spinach)
SALAD OR FRUIT
FAT SERVING (peanuts, peanut butter, almonds, olives, sunflower seeds)
I probably added to your numbers of carbs, calories, etc, but this is the way I've been eating since last April and I've lost 54 pounds so far. I also lose best around 1400 calories.
