1 cup multigrain Cheerios and 1/2 c. milk
16 ounces herbal tea w Equal
Snack:
2 hard-boiled egg whites (I don't like the yolks)
handful of semisweet chocolate chips (oops...lol)
16 ounces herbal tea
Lunch:
1 round tortilla with chopped chicken and 2 tbls light mayo
1 medium apple
Dinner:
Turkey meatballs with brown rice and snap peas (small amount of sweet glaze made with brown sugar and pineapple)
Total counts are as follows:
Calories 1177
Fat 40
Carbs 129
Protein 74
Is this where the numbers should be? Seems like an awful lot of carbs, no? I'm so lost with all this counting stuff and not sure what I'm supposed to be eating anymore.
