For Mother's Day I got the new Wii Fit and am really enjoying it! It's like having a personal trainer in my home in that the Wii voice will say "Only 5 more minutes!" or "Good Job!", etc. I like that it tracks when I worked out last, how many minutes I've worked out that session, shows my weight (loss or gain), and my BMI. The exercises are easy which makes me feel like I can do it... when the exercises are too difficult (like on a couple of videos I have) then I just toss in the towel.
Just wanted to pass this along in case anyone was curious about it!
PS - Yes, I've lost 2 pounds in 3 weeks with no real dietary changes except for lots more water and lemon.
