How's your exercise, that's the real boost in weight loss. Sometimes just eating the right foods doesn't make for big losses.

Also, drink plenty of water, that helps flush you out. I've always been a water drinker, so about a gallon a day is pretty easy for me.

One last thing just in case, watch the diet soda, that makes some retain water, I know it does me, so have it sparingly or stick with the flavors that you can add to water for 0 calories.

Hope this helps. I'm with you though, I hate those weeks I'm really good and don't lose. Hopefully next week is better.
