Great job to the Board and committee members.
I noticed that September 2008 meeting was the last minutes posted. Do we have any other minutes after that date that can be posted?
Two suggestions for improving the attendance at meetings: 1. Provide snacks. 2. Draw the names of 1-3 homeowners present at each meeting and award small cash prizes to the selected homeowners.
Another great suggestion from Mrs. Wray at our last schedule meeting was to change the venue to the Nansemond High school.
