Here is the information needed for replacing your shutters as needed. Our
shutters have a lifetime warranty. It's was tricky when we placed our
order and the company didn't really help us out much. Seemed liked we were
a burden. You can only order one time in a specific time frame (which is
like 10 yrs). I did not receive the right shutters because I wasn't as
specific as they said. We have the raised bead shutters. If you don't
specify you'll just get the flat panels, which is was we got. So, lucky I
order enough to replace all of them. If you have any questions when
