I was unaware of the Healy reunion in Kerry in 05 and would love to know if another is planned for 06. I will be there in late June and possibly again late summer or early fall. My John Healy Married Ellen Garvey in January 1863 in the RC parish of Ardfert and lived in the village of Tawlaght near the Fenit Pier. John was employed as a laborer on the Pier. I have been able to locate their house site at the Tawlaght cross. Their sons James and Patrick emigrated to Waterbury Connecticut in the early 1890s. I have worked very hard on this but have been unable to locate any Healys or Garveys dead or alive in Kerry that are connected.
