He definitely looks a lot younger than 54. The only thing I found was that Don Fellows has done most of his acting jobs in Great Britain. He played a role in the spyserie The Sandbaggers - 25 February 1980 (Season 2, Episode 5) -
as well, when I have the time I'll check how he had aged in 4 years.

I know the character's name wasn't Harry Palmer in Spy Story (otherwise it would be a part of this site) but it is strange that even the IMDB talks about Harry Palmer. No extra info on the official Danish tape.
