Hi Ladies! I am a 27 year old former athlete that just got into running to get fitter. I typically run 3-6 miles 4-5 days a week. I would love to find an easy group to get in some runs with and keep me motivated. 5k is my favorite training distance (witha a 1.5-2 mile warm-up/cool down).
