You can not see the bait house from the main road but, it isn't far off the road. with a big circle drive. He is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are three bait shops on or just off Bobby Brown State Park Road. Jeff’s is the last one on the left. You can put in the water at Bobby Brown or Marrahs Landing. I would suggest Bobby Brown. I have heard of some bad things going on at the other. There is a Lake Russell Landing on BB State Park Rd also.
From Lincolnton
Take HWY 79 North towards Elberton. (I’m not sure how many miles it is but I would guess 28 miles) about two miles after you cross the Broad River you will see a sign on the right “Bobby Brown State Park next Right” Brad Dixon Rd. Go to the end of that road and take a right on Bobby Brown State Park Rd. Turn Left on Key Club Rd, right at park entrance. Bait Shop is not far off the road on the left.
From Calhoun Falls
Take HWY 72 towards Elberton. Take the first left after crossing Lake Russell on Bobby Brown State Park Rd. Go Seven miles and take left on to Key Club Rd. right at park entrance. Bait Shop is not far off the road on the left.
