VS-4543 no power .need schematic

hi all anyone has schematic for this one i will buy if you want to sell..or can any one help me to find out the Resister R913 on board or not there. becuase my tivi is only pad no resister there but i see the pin of resister haft way there.. so i don't know my is blow out or that resister is an optional..
