A married couple, of which, one spouce, the wife, had graduated from North Tonawanda High School, were traveling to a concert in a new car driven by the husband. Both of the husband's hands were on the steering wheel when he decided that a little bit of music from the radio was needed. His wife thought it was a good idea too. So he reached over to the radio with his right and turned it on. The hand then returned to where it had been previously to control the vehicle.
The man listened to the music for about a minute, while tapping his right hand thumb on the top of the steering wheel.
The woman sat quietly and nearly motionless, with the exception of her head slowly, at first, then gradually faster, moving to the left and then the right repeatedly in time with the tune. She then giggled very slightly while, perhaps jokingly, pointing her right and then left index fingers, with the same previously mentioned rate of speed, toward the sky in a salute to the musical divas and chart topping dudes of the past.
Her husband could tell she was really enjoying herself now, when he caught a glimpse of her current actions out corner of his right eye. He realized the mood between them was now very upbeat and happy as they proceeded in their travels, while tipping his head slightly to the right and keeping both eyes directed toward the road ahead of them.
"Honey? What's the name of this song?" asked the husband, apparently oblivious that doing so was now definitely not the thing to do in his wife's eyes.
His spouce, being the true music fan that she was, then turn slightly to the left, look over to him with a look of disgust and annoyance and said...

Don't you remember listening to that song at the Bowery when we were in high school? We would go there for 10 cent wings and 3 splits for a buck.
Don't you remember our biggest concern was how we would get beer money?
Our lives are a little more complicated now!! 2
"Yes. Sure I do. Those were real cool and great times, for sure! And you're right about the complications part. But c'mon, honey! Can't you please forgive me for drawing a mental blank and just let me know if you remember this song?" replied the husband. He then added, with a feeling of mixed terror and uncertainty, "Oh my God! Is this song important to us? Baby! Please! I'm sorry if it is! But just tell me! You were in such a great mood a second ago and tonight is supposed to be an upbeat and good time, according to what you said before we left home. So! Is it the song? What's goin' on?"
