Pretty soon I will be able to bring my little man home. He should be ready within the next couple of weeks. He is being hand fed by my breeder and is being weaned as we speak. We have been to visit him and he makes this cute little noise, sounds as if he is purring. I fell in love with him the moment I saw him. My husband had his heart set on another one that she has that is a pineapple green cheek. Well, she bit me twice so I vetoed that suggestion and went with the one that was totally sweet and loving. I hope by the time he is ready to come home with us that he hasn't changed too much in personality. I see a lot of people posting things about them biting, and I was wondering just incase he decides he would rather be a nipper what can be done to avoid the behavior. And also is a 20x20x63 cage big enough for them ? I have a tiel at home already and her cage is 26x22 and she seems to swim in it. Thanks so much =)
