What you are looking for is a full spectrum light... the best quality ones seem to be the ones sold for reptiles (since reptiles naturally bask in the sun and have such a high need for the UV light).
But, full spectrum lighting doesn't seem to be absolutely essential to birds, especially if they get some real sunlight when possible. It's probably the same as for people, where it can improve mood and is beneficial, but not essential if they get some vitamin D3 in the diet or from exposure to real sunlight.
I've also read that in both people and chickens (so probably also parrots), only about 10-15 minutes of real sunlight per day is needed to synthesize the vitamin D needed.
