: My GCC, Obie, likes to hang at night & hates going to bed. (versus our Senegal who insist in going to bed by 7:30pm sharp!) We eventually get Obie in her cage & simultaneously lock it (before she shoves her body out), shut the lights & close the door to her sleeping room behind us. Any tip on how to ease her into bed time a little easier? Does she need to wind down at all first?
I set Zoey on my chest for a bit, talk to him and pet him. He climbs up in my hair a bit. The I put him in his cage. He doesn't go right to sleep, but it calms him and he doesn't cry to get out. I cover him with sheet, he knws I'm still there.
