Food/sleep/bath ?

: I just got a green cheek conure. He's been on all seeds, so he won't eat real food. : Does he need a bird bath ? : He's not sleeping well. The TV stays on, but muted. He sleeps on the cage wires ?? Not the perch ? He doesn't seem happy about it. He's sweet and playful, very tame. : I want to make him happy. : Thanks :)
