Great advice from Laura. I would also try to speak in a soft and soothing voice when he's really upset. Keegan responds well to "calm, calm, calm," spoken very slowly. (Although of course I could say anything). make sure he has some shreddable toys too and, if you can, some time out in the morning to adapt to you going back to work.
