Moving him is worth a try, but he does have the lovebird for company, so that may not be the solution. What do you do when he screams? You can easily accidentally reinforce a behavior by yelling at the bird or otherwise reacting... the bird may see ANY attention as rewarding. How much out of cage time does he get? What kind of birds are the smaller birds?
