lathargic GCC

Hi, I am looking for some advice please!! My usually VERY playful & talkative 3 year old Green Cheek Conure has for the past couple of days been silent and keeps trying to hide under any object she can find nearby she has also gone off her food though still eating a little. Thanks, hope someone can help. Brett.
