So, we went to a new vet and I think we may finally be getting somewhere.
She gave Sam a Lupron shot to help with the hormones. I had no idea that "mating" season had started already, but evidently it has. And she said that picking Mingus on the back of the neck and head is a dominance and mounting thing. I honestly had no idea about that.
We'll see how things are going forward...
