I'm always worried they might be cold but I saw this on a site and am going to make one.
If I find it again I'll post it.
But what it is, it's just long strips of fleece all tied together at the top and the strips just hang down and your bird can just walk right into it and move around til he's comfortable without having to leave the perch.
