I commend you on your actions to her behavior problems. Your doing great. but your missing one important weapon in your hulster. Baths, Give her more baths during molting and breeding seasons. That should help with the nipping. Also make sure her wings are clipped, only the first five flight feathers from wing tip, in and only back as far as the secondary feathers. Have someone else do it and you leave the room while they do it so she doesn't blame you for taking her flight away.
