I live in south florida and silky who is almost 21 has been through many non a/c nights and days. I would say as long as the bird is not in the sun it will be fine. Mid 80's is normal around here. If you are worried that it is getting too hot, try misting Kiwi. Or better yet let kiwi have a bath. Leave a fan on to circulate the air, but not aimed on Kiwi. The most that will happen is that kiwi will molt sooner because of the change in temp.
