How hot is too hot?

We're going through a total heat wave here in Chicago so my apartment is usually around 75-85 degrees. (I hate using the AC unless absolutely necessary) I have pigeons, a finch and my GCC, Kiwi.. At what point do you think it would be too hot for them? Everybody seems okay but I'd rather be safe than sorry!
