Teflons really only dangerous if you heat it up to an extremely high temperature. So I believe if you use the cast iron pans for times you need the heat above medium and use the teflon for the lower stuff you'd be fine.
Eggs don't need a super high amount of heat to be cooked so the teflon pan should be fine.
Mainly just be cautious when cooking, don't over heat things, and never have a bird in the kitchen as there are too many dangerous things for them in there.
