Also, there is a great birdy bread mix sold by Parrot Island online store. They are expensive but it lasts for such a long time. I freeze 1" x 1" pieces and defrost when needed.
I currently have a spicy one and the fids love it.
You only add water and 2 eggs to it. Really easy, all organic, and has tons of good stuff in it.
