I was able to switch Frito from Zupreem's fruit pellets to the natural ones - she loves them. She also gets Harrison's mash, fresh fruits and vegies every day, hard boiled eggs a couple times a week, whole wheat noodles or rice once and a while, and a sprig of spray millet every now and then for a treat. She will eat a Kashi granola bar with me, some Cheerios once and a while. Anything that is good and healthy for you, is good for them. Never give them Avacados - they are posion to your bird. Frito also always has a cuttle bone in her cage for calcium. Look at labels and ingredients. Zupreem is pretty good. Karen helped me a great deal with that bring my attention to a nasty preservative that is in Kaytee products.
