Have any of your read about that idea that mirrors are harmful for birds because it makes them bond to the mirror and give them a distorted sense that their is another bird there?
I've had birds my whole life and have always had a mirror in my bird's cage and I was just wondering what you guys think about this idea. I haven't seen it anywhere else except one random article online somewhere. I almost took Max's mirror down after reading it but then changed my mind about it. He's home all day by himself till I get home from workd and I was afraid it might increase any loneliness he might feel.
