I guess I wouldn't know for sure. I haven't noticed them spraying but I'm not home during the day and I've only been local here for a year.
I really wanted to make my own perches as well as being able to give him live foliage to chew on but I can't figure out how to do it safely. I could go out into the woods somewhere but like I said, I'm not tree savvy and it's not worth the risk to accidently poison him.
