No!!! ...just like I would never leave dogs, kids, or any other living being in a car period. In my opinion, it's just not humane. Despite cracking windows, cars can still get extremely hot and stuffy (its made of metal...so its like being inside of an oven powered by the sun). Birds are susceptible to temperature changes anyway. I wouldn't even chance a few minutes.
