How often do Typhoon's or tempests come up for sale ?

Really keen on doing a Typhoon or tempest up , maybe using modern cosworth parts. It would need to have some sort of hardtop as it will be my nearly everyday car. Is it possible to get body parts made still ( like the hard top) I've been reading the history of Tornado cars and was confused of which one i actually had seen and liked . ( the one with the drop nose !)
