Wow, I've just blown an entire day on your blog. It's fantastic ... and I can't believe it escaped my notice on the big old world wide web for this long. Was only by chance that i clicked through from a link on another blog, shinygreymonotone. So well done them, but even more well done you lot. Where do i start: Melvins, Shellac, Polysics, Unsane, Cutthroats 9, Pixies, Jesus Lizard... I could go on and on. Simply superb (and I hardly ever post comments anywhere).
On the back of all that, and I'm now in such a froth over the tunes here, I'm wondering if you've got links to a couple of things I'm hunting for but have never been able to find. One is anything more by the "shellac-sih" band New Brutalism. I already had the record you posted but would kill to get my ears around either of their two later releases, "Turbo Record/A Record of American Fury" and "Actual Record." The other req is for the slightly discredited (but i quite like it) Scream release of "Fumble/Banging The Drum". Very surprising that with all the Grohl fans out there that this album doesn't seem to be posted anywhere.
So thanks a lot boys, you're going straight to the top of my bookmarks list.
