Thanks! I recommend getting a Mediafire account, which is a free service. It's the one I use, and allows people to download everything instantly, as opposed to subscription-based sites where there's a waiting time.
To upload there, you need to go to the folder where your music is stored and compress the albums into either a .zip or .rar file. I don't know how to do that on Windows, but on Mac, you ctrl-click on the album folder and click on "compress." After it's done uploading to Mediafire, there will be a page directing you to the download link, so copy-paste the link under the heading "Sharing URL" into your blog form.
As for writing posts, it's extremely user-friendly. There's a toolbar at the top, that allows you to insert pictures, modify fonts, create hyperlinks, etc. You can also edit posts later by clicking on the little pencil at the bottom of posts.
