They are quite a bit older, late 80s maybe? They are about the first books I read of hers and I loved them. I don't remember the correct order but the titles are
Lily and the Major
Caroline and the Raider
Emma and the Outlaw
There was also a series about a family named Corbin, also quite a bit older. I liked those at the time too. I've read almost all of her books except the Creeds and the vampire series. I'm not much of a vampire person.
