I'm sorry to be nosey - is there dad no longer in the picture? I SO wish my SIL's former boyfriend would reliquish his rights to their oldest daughter. That little girl has been through the wringer and she calls my brother Daddy and on the off chance she sees him she calls him by his first name. It's a shame, he'd love to adopt her, too. I don't know if this is old or rehashed info, if it is or is a sensitive topic, I'm sorry.
