conversation with the ex bout quite a few things. I think he got a few things across to her.
Found out why SS is spending so much time here. Long story short, ex told the kids they are moving to a town 25 mins away from here. RIght now, we have the kids every Tues and every other weekend as well as anytime they want to be over here. SS finally told DH last night that he is spending so much time here because once they move, he will only get to see his dad every other weekend and he will miss him. Tore DH's heart out. The thing is, ex has told me the move is iffy, they have no definite plans, the plans keep changing. So why tell the kids and get them worked up already? The only kid that is excited about this is the 4 y/o cause they promised him he'd have horses in the backyard.
I told DH last night that we just need to keep on like we are, taking the higher road and not saying anything negative about her or trying to pull anything over these kids and most of all keep lovin 'em and they will be okay. They'll have some tough times ahead, but they'll be okay.
Thanks for checking on me! We are in a heavy sports time right now with wrestling, taekwondo, and gymnastics, so I don't get to the boards as much as I would like to!
