Hi - I have used your cafe a few times for eating in and also takeaway. However, I am surprised to see both you guys taking money (which is filthy stuff) and handling the salad stuffs with your bare hands after touching the telephone, the till, wiping hands down trousers and not using gloves or tongs to put salad onto burgers etc. I am sure you have a food hygiene certificate or you would not be trading and you must be aware that these are basic no-no's. Your food is basically very good as is the whole concept and I have enjoyed it but I have to say that these are not good practices for protecting the public. Perhaps you could review these practices and please accept these comments in the spirit of which I intend them. I am writing this as I do not like to make a fuss or start a business in someone's premises.
