Well I'm not sure what type of turtle it is, whether it would require water to swim in or not. i know that my turtles (aquatic - cooter turtles) are mainly in water and on land to bask (which may not be true for yours)... they eat romaine lettuce.. and reptomin. i would start doing some research and looking at pictures to compare with yours.
: I work at an airport and for two months now this tiny little turtle keeps finding his way into the hangar. I have decided that maybe I should take care of him and feed him. I'm not sure what to do though. I have never had a turtle before and I'm not sure what to feed him or how to care for him. I don't even know what type of turtle he is. Any suggestions on what I should do from here? I have him in a box right now with grass in it; a 32oz soda lid with water in it and I put crackers in there...all I know how to do. Anything would be great.
