Hi All,
I need some advice as to how to go about maintaining some semblance of a workout schedule while out in Houston at Rice University for my USATF Level II training. I have been told that their indoor "facilities" are undergoing improvements or something, not sure if this includes outdoor track or not. I don't think I will be able to do a whole lot, since I will be in class all day from the 13th to the 19th with travel days on the 12th and 20th, but I don't want to get so out of shape or do nothing at all. I am a little concerned with the safety factor, since I will probably be doing these runs early and by myself in a strange city. This is my first time doing this sort of thing, working out while traveling. So, any advice would be helpful.
