If you hvae a veggie/rice steamer, use that with dill weed in the screen for that, then add butter and dill weed to the carrots. Keep warm.
I add some dill weed when I cook them on the stove. I also had a dash or two of sugar when I cook carrots. Then drain, add butter and maybe more dill weed.
