1 bunch fresh broccoli
2 (5 3/4-ounce, drained weight) cans pitted black olives
blue cheese, crumbled
1 8-oz bottle Italian dressing
1 pint cherry tomatoes
Blanch broccoli in boiling water 2 minutes. Drain. Plunge in ice water. Drain. Combine broccoli, olives, and cheese. Toss with dressing. Refrigerate overnight. Just before serving cut tomatoes in half and toss with other ingredients. Yield: 8-10 servings.
