: 15yo son woke up this morning with painful elbow area and cannot fully extend his arm out. Cannot flex it all the way in either. The pain seems to be on the interior aspect of the elbow, off to the side a bit. He says it feels swollen, but I'm not seeing it. It feels a little hot to touch. Very painful to touch. It doesn't feel like it is right in the bone, maybe more the tendon/ligaments? No known injury. Healthy otherwise. Took 800 mg ibuprofen and sent him to school, sitting out of phy ed.
