that nobody talked about. Like, me being an illigitimate bastard child, it was so tried to be covered up.

Mom got real frazzled over the findings and said she didn't know she had any of "those" pictures, and even 50 years later, she was trying to sweep it under the rug that he and my aunt had been divorced for a short while, and he remarried another woman, got divorced and remarried my aunt. Doesn't seem like much, but in the 40's it was a big deal.
